@RamMNK@MoCA_India @IndiG6E - I am traveling from Hyd to Vizag this morning on 6E879. I had the worst customer service experience with Indigo.
Because I booked my ticket from USA, they wonโt let me check in online and wouldnโt allow me to pay for my excess baggage in advance and asked me to check-in at the Airport in Hyd. I even called their customer service the night before and they were not helpful. Instead of honoring me the pre-paid excess baggage cost - they charged me full charge (double). I had to pay 12000 rupees in baggage fees. This type of service will not help in the big goal @narendramodi ji has for Indiaโs growth and image.
Sh Ram Mohan Naidu garu - please do the needful to ensure poor customer service by an Airline doesnโt spoil the image of India.
The person in-charge Abdul Kavi at Hyderabad airport was arguing instead of apologizing after hearing my grievance. He just asked me fill the feedback form - and even proudly said even if you do that the airline will do nothing anyway. What is the point of giving feedback to the airline then.
