पीछले 6 महीने से मेरी स्कूटी का चार्जर नहीं चल रहा है और ओला सर्विस सेंटर जा रहा हूं पर सर्विस सेंटर के पास चार्जर नहीं और सही भी नहीं कर सकते है बोला गया कि रिक्वेस्ट खुद डालिए और 4 महीने के बाद देखिए हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते है।

Bank’s credit card billing system is seriously confusing customers.
Just 3 days ago, the app showed my “Current Outstanding” as ₹22,102.04.
Now suddenly it shows:
• Total Due: ₹5,904
• Minimum Due: ₹5,904
• Current Outstanding: ₹23,738.70
So the outstanding amount increased, but the due amount dropped — without any proper explanation or breakup.
Customers deserve complete transparency:
✔ Total Due calculation
✔ Outstanding breakup
✔ Interest & charges details
✔ Correct billing cycle dates.
