In UP's Hamirpur, a sub-inspector took lift from a truck driver. It is alleged that upon disembarking at a toll plaza, the sub-inspector proceeded to depart in his personal vehicle. मैं चंपत राय जी को 86 साल से जानता हूँ, उनकी व्यक्तिगत ईमानदारी पर कोई सवाल नहीं उठाया जा सकता।
