I didn't expect them to actually run the Companion/Buttons server on the controller itself, but the desired functionality would be for it to connect to an existing local/remote server without the need of a middle-client for a USB connection.

@gjverhoeff @GGs_Liva It runs a new software called Bitfocus Buttons. I believe it's spun off from Companion but is a completely different interface with new features.

I'd be interested in knowing if these panels can function as Companion Satellite panels instead of running Bitfocus Buttons.
