✅ Service Restored

The issue preventing CiDizens in Korea from accessing https://t.co/4n3vXBvdvn has now been resolved. Everyone should be able to log in and play normally.

The cause was an issue with our CDN provider's edge nodes in the Korea region. Once we identified it, we worked with the provider to fix it, though the technical confirmation and coordination took longer than we'd hoped.

We're sorry for the wait. No accounts, game progress, or assets were affected.

We discovered this issue yesterday and rolled out a fix, or so we mistakenly believed.

We didn't expect that users in Korea would still be running into it. We're still urgently working to pinpoint the exact cause.

Because it was the weekend, we didn't notice the community concern in time. Again, our apologies.💚

A quick clarification on one point. Many of our single-player games cache progress locally on your device, so that progress can disappear when the cache is cleared. This is just how single-player games work, not a security issue.

The platform is not down. The problem is specifically with access from Korea, and we're working to trace it as quickly as possible. We'll keep you updated as we make progress.

Most importantly: all user accounts and in-game assets are completely safe. Nothing will be lost.

I also want to apologize that earlier reports in our Discord didn't get a timely response. That's on us, and we're making sure the team is on this now. We'll post official updates as soon as we have more progress, and I'm reachable here directly in the meantime.
