@cetaillefer Hmmm, I'm not really sure. Plays doesn't have a function to auto-delete after upload. I'm not entirely sure what would trigger it. Did the 4 hour video end up in the Recycling Bin?

@DefilerZtv No. Your videos should remain intact.

@cetaillefer Plays shouldn't be deleting the videos after you upload them. Is the video possibly being affected by Auto-Manage Space?

@DefilerZtv Actually it's better to open the app and in Plays Settings > Help fill out the info there. That way it provides us with client logs as well. Thanks in advance!

@ChrisTombstone_ If it's removed from the recording folder, Plays does have difficulty in reading it. However, we should be improving this in the future. We apologize that you're running into these issues.

@PSANDPCGAMER95 We're actually aware of it and are working on a solution. Do you have a standard username/password to log in with, or possibly another social account bound?

@egomaniacXFR We're currently having an issue with Twitch authentication, but are actively working to fix it. There is also a high likelihood that it would not have worked with the older version either due to this issue. Do you have another method to login?

@MajinRod_RED Unfortunately, Forza Horizon 4 is a Windows Store Game and as a result Plays is unable to record is because of how the game is installed.
