Thanks to all the lads who’ve lifted up this year from 17 year old Woody to 54 year old Johno and everyone else inbetween.

Two trophies in the bag & a special January transfer window that’s gonna stand us in good stead going into nxt year, with hopefully 2/3 more fresh faces.

Who needed a win to the win the league, got conditions, no subs. Glad we got it played rather than forfeiting for the integrity of the league but it’s been a slog. 30 games played now. Time to rest now and enjoy the summer.

Game we had little to no interest in after 7/8 weeks of knockout cups, only 11 available. Put 19 past Barnston in the last 3 games. But as the game we progressed we just couldn’t be getting beat by them so 3-2 going into the last minute and won 4-3 thanks to a brace by Connor.

Great to finally get the Capitol Cup in the bag and complete the set.

3 good finals against a good Trident side finally done with now. Unfortunately a penalty shoot out has cost us a treble.

We weathered that storm and a touch of class by Ben put one on a plate for Connor to make it 2 with 25 minutes to go. Didn’t kill the game and Trident scored from a well worked free kick in injury time to set up a tense final 2 mins.

Just didn’t turn up, pathetic 1st half and then slightly better 2nd half but still nowhere near good enough.

A much improved Barnston from last time but we raced into a 3 goal lead within 30 mins, had 2 goals harshly ruled out for offside and then conceded a poor goal on our behalf. 3-1 HT. Scored midway through the 2nd half but carried on missing chances. Barnston made it 4-2 which..

Decent 1st half performance, went 1 up straight away after the restart but then just stopped playing. Worm stood up & made some great saves till they equalised. Aaron scored from a corner to put us 2-1 up then once again the Worm come to our rescue making a great penalty save.
