No better way to start the week than meeting with Jensen Huang at NVIDIA HQ. Jerry and I appreciate Jensen’s wisdom, insight and humility.

The underlying patents help you better understand who we are and how long we’ve been on this amazing journey.I felt that this would be the greatest story ever told and that “the story” must be protected. How do I protect this story from a system of entitlement ? My answer to me ? Tell the story in patents. So I hired the law firm that had won consecutive awards for enforcing patents and insisted that we start filing patents now (10 years ago). Here we are today in Japan delivering the product built upon that foundation. The World’s first mobile phone with a “Native AI Operating System”. See patents below.

The Natural AI Phone, delivered in Japan via SoftBank in partnership with Brain Technologies, represents the world’s first commercial smartphone built around a true “native AI Operating System” (branded Natural OS). This is not an Android or iOS device with AI features bolted on—it’s a ground-up reimagining where AI is the OS. MC Hammer played a key strategic role over a 10-year journey, helping bring the vision from patents and ideation to market delivery, as he detailed in his recent X posts and upcoming autobiography SOVEREIGN HAMMER. @mchammer

Natural OS is agent-native and built from first principles around human intent, attention, and meaning rather than files, folders, apps, or grids. Brain Technologies filed foundational patents in 2016–2017 (granted 2020–2024, e.g., U.S. Patents 10,838,779 and 11,210,593) on autonomous AI agents, multi-step execution, operation-graph generation, and OS-level mimicry—predating modern LLM hype. https://t.co/bw5b963TbC
It is not a traditional assistant layered atop apps. Instead, the OS itself is AI-driven: it tears down app silos, orchestrates services in the background, learns your patterns, and acts proactively.
