Second graders "visit NYC". We wrapped up our author study on Marc Brown by reading his book, In New York. The students used the augmented reality app The Statue of Liberty to "visit" Lady Liberty.
It's Digital Citizenship Week! In Kindergarten talked about finding a happy balance between our time online and offline. I asked them for ideas about what we could do INSTEAD of playing with a tablet or computer. They had some great suggestions!
