Carers Week 2021 will take place from 7 - 13 June. This year's theme is 'Make Caring Visible and Valued' & will focus on the importance of not only recognising #carers , but also valuing them for the vital contribution they make every day.
Nursing staff are paid £2.86/hr working a 37.5hr week on placement, when the UK national minimum wage of £4.15/hr. We spoke with @nathanmcaree who is campaigning to support our workers and ensure equitably pay.
