@VirginMediaIE My modem disconnects from the Internet for 1-2 minutes very often, your support identified issue but couldn’t fix it remotely. Now we need to wait 2 weeks to get a technician to come?!?! 2 weeks we’ll need to rely on mobile data for work calls… Very disappointing
