@AdoreMe I’ve reached out to customer service SEVERAL times and have heard NOTHING. I want to return these unopened items sans restocking fee. Charge my restocking fees to @PitneyBowes since they don’t know how to ship expeditiously.
@AdoreMe how would you like to handle this? @PitneyBowes@PBCares has been holding my package hostage for almost a week and they are saying only you can make them fix it.
@AdoreMe Thank you PM sent. Though I’m not sure what you can do. Outside of telling @PitneyBowes to let me come to their ATL warehouse location and allow me to retrieve my order in person. I leave tonight for my trip 😩😩😩😩
@PitneyBowes@PBCares if I was the only person who had this issue I would understand why your company feels it’s best to ignore customers. However, the #GoogleReviews suggest that this is an on going & company wide problem. So maybe ignoring isn’t the best thing to do. #Logistics
@PBCares@AdoreMe@PBCares you don’t get to stop responding. We need a solution. If this were @FedEx or @UPS a solution would have been made by now. Coming to the facility myself is beyond a reasonable solution.
@PitneyBowes just curious. Is it company policy to take forever to deliver packages? It does NOT take 6 days to get from NJ to GA. I should have had my package earlier this week. I don’t mind driving to ATL to pick it up myself. Contact me so this can happen.
@PBCares@AdoreMe PLEASE find another company. I’ve NEVER had a delivery issue with you guys until now. @PBCares does not prioritize expiditious delivery or customer satisfaction. I am a loyal customer please keep it that way
@PBCares Yes so according to that “tool” it arrived in ATL at 10:47 AM after sitting in NJ for 6 days. I don’t have time to wait for delivery. Can I come and get it since you all still have it?
@Walmart@FedEx please explain this logic on the tracking. 🤦🏽♀️ I order 12/19 original eta 12/21. Why is it just sitting in Norcross??? #unacceptable It’s the holidays but other companies I used actually stuck to or beat their estimations.
@PartyCity Snellville has horrible customer care. I was in the store for 10 minutes NO ONE spoke to me. Eventually someone got somebody to assist & they gave me incorrect information. And their Customer Care department doesn’t have vm 🙄 #OverIt
