@HondaCustSvc I just bought a brand new Pilot and I'm so excited. Sadly on the drive home, the instrument cluster had more flashing lights than a Christmas tree. 28 miles and already taken to the service department...Any thoughts? Left the car there, but no loaner vehicle.

@Hertz why do you charge people a daily $19 dollars for a toll pass or the price of tolls plus a $19 convenience fee?

My options on a 3 day rental are either pay $60 for the all inclusive or 10 for tolls plus 20 for convenience. Seems a little bit like a scam to me.
