@JHWealthSystems I have 2 salary sacrifice cars. You couldn’t get either of my cars for the amount I pay. Also keeps me under certain tax thresholds meaning I’m eligible for the tax free childcare account. I think if you are a higher/additional rate taxpayer - no brainer
You've worked hard, you get a 10% pay rise from £100k to £110k. You get an extra £3.8k and the State gets £7.7k.
Inflation is 3%. So you end up with an extra £800, which just about covers the increase in your council tax.
Why bother.
@RobertJenrick This is honestly such a stupid policy, why not just lower taxes or increase the thresholds. How on earth are you going to administer this nonsense?
@NobleFrancis@iAmJoshHunt@GreatBritishTT Do you think we'll see a return of Help to Buy? Possibly a vote winner for Labour considering how poorly they are polling.
We at least need some de-regulation in the house building sector?
It's pretty cool that UK tax is optional now
Ex-deputy PM & housing minister doesn't bother paying stamp duty or CGT, no fine
Green party leader skips out on council tax for a few years, at worst it's a £70 fine
I feel a bit of an idiot paying mine in full all these years tbh!
Congrats on the 'exoneration' Ange
HMRC: 'We investigated our boss's mate and found nothing wrong after she paid the bill late.'
The rest of us get penalties, interest, and court. You get a glossy statement and a leadership launchpad.
Two-tier tax system, two-tier justice.
Absolutely sick of the state of this Labour shitshow!
