The COO of PMDU was pleased to participate in today's proceedings to welcome the first shipment of Pfizer vaccines to the Bahamas. These doses will augment the nation’s existing supply of AstraZeneca vaccines & help the nation in its continued fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

#HappeningNow Prime Minister Minnis: The Bahamas will receive 128,700 doses of the Pfizer vaccine donated by the Government of the United States of America. The vaccines will arrive in New Providence by flight at 1:30pm tomorrow.

ABACO, BAHAMAS - In the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, the Marsh Harbour port was filled with debris.

The MOPW awarded the cleaning contract to S & B Construction and Equipment Rental. The debris removal is now complete.

The Gov't has awarded @tylertech a contract to implement an Electronic Permit Review & Inspection System, @MOPW242 Minister Desmond Bannister announced yesterday. This will facilitate the online submission of building construction permit applications.
