120 hour fast complete! Days 2 and 5 were the worst but the positives: reduced and eliminated inflammation, better mental clarity, much better sleep, arthritis pain (combat and parachute injuries) much more manageable, lost 13 lbs. Okay let’s eat!
@EODHappyCaptain Had some dirty carbs and fats after I finished (potato chips). About 300 calories then went to bed. Today the first real meal is a Colorado omelette at iHop and then pizza later.
Got to my hotel after 10 pm last night and had business calls from 3 am to 7:30 am but got my arse out and ran Diamondhead this morning. The heat and terrain pieced me up hence the slow pace but it’s done! Boom 💥! #winningmatters#PMEHard#SEAC3
