उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम की भावना को आगे बढ़ाने वाले सशक्त पंचायत-नेत्री अभियान से जुड़ने का अवसर मिलने पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की।

उन्होंने एक संक्षिप्त वीडियो के माध्यम से महिला एवं बालिका हितैषी ग्राम पंचायत के निर्माण हेतु किए जा स���ने वाले सरल प्रयासों को साझा किया तथा अपने अनुभवों के आधार पर पंचायत स्तर पर जनभागीदारी और सामाजिक जागरूकता के मह��्व पर प्रकाश डाला।

अपने वक्तव्य में उन्होंने #बीबीपुर ग्राम पंचायत का उदाहरण देते हुए कन्या भ्रूण हत्या के विरुद्ध चलाए गए जन-जागरूकता प्रयासों का भी उल्लेख किया और बताया कि सामूहिक जागरूकता तथा सामाजिक सहभागिता से इस दिशा में उल्लेखनीय परिवर्तन संभव हुआ है।
