I just finished my Mega Block War game.
The Stallone Block managed with help from the Kleggs to eliminate all of the Sammy Fox Blockers, but the Thermo-bomb planted by the Sammy Fox Citi-Def caused a cascade of Fires and Structural Damage that brought the whole Block down.

@Dice_Dad I appreciate that difficulty.

I set my bases at 3mm and I have a 1.25~mm circle that I then put the sticky magnet into.

I think this keeps the base flat and allows me to use a thin metal roofing shingle in a box to transport them.

@Dice_Dad I have had the same problem scaling down 28mm figures to 10mm.

For modern combat, if you are not prone, you soon will be permanently. I remember Mainforce 6mm where nearly all the figures were prone bases.

@juskgames @MiniaturesPat I think it looks great, 'dodgy layers' is just code for the character in plaster.
I assume that you print the face flat and glue the four sides together.
I know on my Prusa you can use the 'ironing' setting to make that top face smooth.
That top face would then become the side.

@Dice_Dad I believe that you noted that 'Fistful of TOWS' was not your favourite.

So using BC this way gives you an easier to play 'simulation' between different formations, but it may not be 'tournament game balanced.

This way you can have a realistic result without the rivet counting.

Playing a classic this afternoon while stuck at home during the petrol crisis.

Stallone block has well infiltrated the Sammy Fox block, but they suffered a significant blast at their base by a Vigilante with a Demo charge.

Unbalanced bt great fun.

@Dice_Dad Wonderful work.2 or 3mm? I have seen the Ozzidal (sp?) figures where a platoon/section looks better than just a single vehicle.

I did take a moment to notice the vertical pant stripes. Do you think either using an ink pen to dark line the light green or another base colour to put the light green inside of would be more colourful?
