@Veera_Bobbili There are tools like waveforms, vectorscopes, histograms, peaking and depth mapping in color grading and in most cinema cameras specifically for this purpose. We can’t always rely on our eye judgement because our eyes keep adapting to different brightnesses and colors accordingly

What the hell is up with that egregious over sharpening in Karuppu? Makes the whole film seem AI generated. Is this actually becoming an aesthetic to aspire to now? 🤢

I’ve had this over sharpening issue with other films shot by GK Vishnu but this film he went way overboard.

At the rate film industries across India are adopting Gen AI we need a law to be passed for filmmakers to disclose this info to the public before they buy their tickets.
