Bereen Dzayee, who reportedly served in the military, was arrested after he conspired to send money to ISIS in order to kiII U.S. servicemembers overseas.

Two other men, Bisaam Ghafoor and Elias Shamsaldeen, were also arrested as part of the terrorist funding plot. $2000 was sent to an individual they believed was part of ISIS, hoping it would be used to buy RPGs and fund drone attacks.

Messages were obtained from the suspects saying things such as, “I wish I could kill 300,000,000 Americans.”
