Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has ranked first in Pakistan by Prime Minister's Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU) in it's review of Pakistan Citizen's Portal in overall satisfaction ranking against resolved complaints.
The delegation was also briefed about PMRU’s strategy towards implementing sectoral reforms through its performance management dashboard developed to improve service delivery and promoting transparency in the Province.
A delegation from the Board of Revenue, Gilgit Baltistan visited PMRU with an aim to explore and understand the significance of PMRU as a dedicated Performance Management Unit in KP.
Mr. Shauzab, Deputy Director , PMRU briefed the delegation about the technological interfaces, GGF indicators, and latest e-governance initiatives being introduced for effective service delivery across the Province.
The delegation was also briefed about PMRU’s strategy towards implementing sectoral reforms through its performance management dashboard developed to improve service delivery and promoting transparency in the Province.
Mr. Shauzab, Deputy Director , PMRU briefed the delegation about the technological interfaces, GGF indicators, and latest e-governance initiatives being introduced for effective service delivery across the Province.
He further encouraged the Unit to continue its efforts in spearheading multi-sectoral reforms through the use of ICT in enhancing the governance and performance monitoring mechanisms in field and across all tiers of the government for greater transparency and accountability.
Performance Management and Reforms Unit (PMRU) was honoured to host Secretary Administration Department KP, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad, for a visit and briefing۔
Secy. Administration was welcomed by Director PMRU , Mr. Mughees Sanaullah along with all the Deputy Directors.
In his closing remarks, Secretary Administration appreciated the efforts and commitment of PMRU in continuously improving and expanding its operations in line with the service delivery needs of the Province.
PMRU acknowledges the valuable inputs provided by the Secretary Administration and remains committed to continually improving and expanding its operations in line with his recommendations.
Chief Secretary also emphasized the importance of intelligence based operations to effectively curb smuggling and hoarding activities and directed all the officers to regularly monitor the supply chain of essential commodities without compromising the demand of the districts.
The Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary, presided over a meeting to discuss measures aimed at preventing the smuggling of essential commodities such as wheat, fertilizers and sugar. activities.
He emphasised on the need for launching joint actions by Customs and the District administration officers of bordering districts along with closely monitoring and coordinating with regiserted grain dealers, transporters and mill owners for a synergtic effort against smugglers.
