COPS is 22 today! 🥳🎉💙

It's been three weeks since our Annual Survivor Weekend, and we're taking a moment to celebrate the memories made. This weekend is such an important event for our Survivors to all come together, and not only remember their loved one, but create lasting support networks.
COPS provides fully funded, specialist counselling services to our Survivors, through our partners @WinstonsWish and Red Arc.
COPS also welcomes the incredible Jay Clarke from @TherapyUpNorth to our Survivor Weekend every year.
In just a week from today, COPS will be hosting our Annual Service of Remembrance at the NMA.
After the service, our Survivors are invited to lay a rose at their officer's force tree on 'The Beat'. This year the roses are kindly sponsored by @SSCL_UK .
Great that Kings Speech includes a new Mental Health Act - a real opportunity for @BPSOfficial / @romanpsych@UKDCP etc to help drive progressive Law Policy and Practice - the status quo is pretty dire & is too often traumatising for our fellow citizens who are at their wits end
