A4) #SDFCoaching#CoachingHE I think there are a number of things at play when building personal resilience but I think encouraging self or others to focus on what's within our control is so important. Then looking at strategies for building resilience around what is
A3) #SDFCoaching#CoachingHE I think all of those groups mentions have a part to play in creating resilience at work. Coaching helps individuals take ownership and identify where they can access support outside of coaching
A2) #CoachingHE#SDFCoaching ask them to think about when they've been through something similar and what they did then/ask what advice they'd give to a friend/ask about what information they have to back up what they're saying to help show that they are more resilient than think
A1) #CoachingHE @SDFCoaching Resilience impacted by workload, levels of support, what's going on personally that can impact at work, imposter syndrome, feedback or lack of etc
A2 #CoachingHE#SDFCoaching - ask coachee for examples of when they've done something similar before and how it went. Usually helps to show that they are capable, confident, equipped etc.

A1 #CoachingHE#SDFCoaching i'm now much better at taking a step back to analyse where the feedback might be coming from and whether it is actually useful or not rather than being immediately reactive
A1 #CoachingHE#SDFCoaching I was talking about this this morning, negative (even just slightly) feedback post workshop/webinar negatively activates inner dialogue for me
