This weekend I've got 1,000 credits to invest and one mission: find the builds worth backing.

I'm one of the Sharks in @base44 Shark Tank 4.0. I've already seen some seriously impressive projects, and submissions are still open.

What gets my vote?
→ Solve a real problem.
→ Ship something that actually works.
→ Surprise me with a creative use of Base44.
→ Build something people will come back to.

I don't care if it's a Superagent, an app, or BaaS. If I try it and think, "I'd actually use this," you've got my attention.

The design looks bold and different (it fits our new brand - more on that soon), sure. But here's the interesting part: we're building a system where an agent designs from our rules, so we ship fast and keep the product consistent.

We just released governance for Base44 - IT sets the rules once, teams build inside them. 🚀

we shipped two things for teams running @Base44 across a whole org, to enhance org governance.

most vibe coders inside organizations pick a side: lock everything down so IT keeps control, or let everyone build and accept that IT loses sight of what's connecting and what's going live. i don't think you actually have to choose.

so here's what we launched:
1. connector management: one panel where IT controls every integration in the workspace – turn slack or github on or off with a live preview of which apps are affected, plus bring your own OAuth.
2. role-based publishing: admin, editor or guest – you decide per role who can publish and who can go public at all.

set the rules once at the workspace level, and every team builds inside them without filing a ticket. existing workspaces stay as they are until an admin reconfigures, so nothing breaks under you.

the person responsible for security gets a real answer. builders keep moving.

How being born a triplet shaped the way I lead.

I was born a triplet on a kibbutz. Which means I was born into a team, and lived in one.

Two boys, one girl. On one hand, we were unstoppable - whatever we wanted, we got. On the other hand, I spent my whole childhood proving myself. And honestly? I ran with it. Proving myself mattered.

I even got my driver's license before them 💪. Made my first money off them - 400 shekels for their family tree project. Same family, just changed the names. (They paid every shekel. Suckers.)

That taught me early: a team is almost everything. Everyone brings something different, and leadership is knowing how to connect it all to the same goal.

Being the only girl in that team? That was the edge.

This week at @Wix I spoke to a group of young girls about female leadership in tech. And shared exactly this: a team is your power. And being a woman in it? That's your superpower.

Two years deep in the AI world taught me one more thing: this era rewards people who can hold chaos, switch contexts fast, and keep moving.

Women, and especially moms - have been doing that their whole lives. Without ever calling it a skill.

That's our advantage.

I knew I was never going to be a doctor…
