@faayyyeeee_ I started in 12/2018 and have lost 80 lbs., have white Kiki-kili for the first time ever, no acne and have gotten my period for 6 consecutive months! They used to last 13-15 days but since I changed my eating, now they last only 3-4 days! It really works.

@faayyyeeee_ Thanks for sharing your story. I’m 48 years old and suffered from PCOS since I was 13 years old. I had most of the symptoms you listed. The biggest miracle for me was going whole-food, plant based after watching Forks Over Knives.
