So disappointed in the way #HMPO are handling passport applications these days. I applied for my child’s first passport on 26/07/22. They received all supporting docs 01/08/22! Why are they now emailing me this morning asking for more documents... 1/2 @HM_Passport 😡

Even though we sent the document they are now asking for with original application - 4 weeks ago!!! I’ve just come off the phone to them and it has to go back to an examiner?! Why didn’t the examiner examine the documents properly in the first place?! 2/3 @HM_Passport
