I would pull all ICE and border patrol from the Twin Cities and announce that they will not return. So if you are an illegal criminal, this is a safe haven where you have no worries about the federal government. That will stay in place until the city/state revokes sanctuary.

2) Increasing the number of people inside the borders by 5.5% = more competition for the existing houses

@mmpadellan Actually very much incorrect. If SS was on an independent account or "lockbox" then this would be accurate. But the money has consistently been used by the federal government. Meaning of the government defaults, then SS will as well. They are the same therefore linked.
