Very debatable point as many Nigerian founders have corporate structures in place to ease ultimate extraction of profits into offshore holdcos and return capital to foreign investors.
You might not like the sound of this but I really hope Nigerians in the UK prioritise using the apps with Nigerian founders ( if the rate differential is negligible). You keep that revenue in the continent by doing that.
