Mayor Mamdani, once you said you were ready to arrest those who commit terror.

Well, here is the reality. Right now we have individuals openly praising terrorist organizations such as IRGC, Hamas, and Hezbollah, groups recognized as terrorists by the United States, Europe, and many democratic countries.

The IRGC hired assassins to kill me in New York. Three of them have already been convicted in a U.S. federal court.

I do not feel safe when these groups are glorified. It can embolden them to target me and other pro democracy activists on American soil.

So I invite you to take a clear stand against the IRGC, Hamas, and Hezbollah and encourage the youth of New York to respect international law and reject terrorism. I do not think this is too much to ask.

Are you ready to call these organizations what they are, terrorists?

Let us see that action.

When it comes to protecting the national security of America, protecting the safety of New Yorkers, and acting against terrorism, we should all put our political differences aside and stand united against terrorists.

Iranian Women’s Soccer Players Withdraw Asylum Request !

Would anyone flee a dictatorship… then suddenly go back? I know their hostage diplomacy playbook very well.

The Iranian media now announced that Mona Hamoudi, Zahra Sarbali, and Zahra Meshkinkar, two players and a staff member of Iran’s women’s national football team, have withdrawn their asylum request in Australia and are heading back to Iran.

Right. Because women usually flee a dictatorship, they remove their for ed hijab and then suddenly decide to go back.

Let’s be clear,, it’s likely means their families are under threat, maybe detained. That is how the Islamic Republic operates.

Many of us Iranians know this playbook well. They used it on me. They imprisoned my brother Ali, for two years to try to silence me, believing that by holding my family hostage they could break my voice.

What stopped them was not their conscience. What helped was international attention and public pressure.

Look at the photos above. When Iranian women step outside the control of the Islamic Republic, even briefly, the first thing they do is remove the compulsory hijab. Freedom begins with the right to choose.

The Islamic Republic understands this. That is why it punishes women athletes, artists, and anyone who dares to live freely.

These women may be forced to return, but the world should understand why.

Annalena Baerbock, is now serving at the United Nations General Assembly and this is her picture standing next to the Islamic Republic foreign minister.
Let me be clear: Germany has shown meaningful support for Iranian civil society and for victims of the regime. The Mayor of Berlin, the Berlin Parliament, and the German Parliament have all supported our work and the mission of the to promote freedom and democracy. I am grateful for that support.

At the same time, raising questions about Germany’s feminist foreign policy should not be seen as hostility. Constructive criticism is part of an honest dialogue, especially when the goal is to strengthen support for the rights and voices of Iranian women. It was a call for consistency.

Now that Annalena Baerbock is in New York, I invite her to meet the women who were blinded by IRGC bullets. Bring them to the United Nations. Give them a platform so diplomats from around the world can look into their eyes and hear their stories.

That is not too much to ask.

This is exactly what the United States ambassador at the United Nations @USAmbUN did. He gave me the chance to confront those who were responsible for the oppression of my people. Now you can give the same platform to these women who lost their eyes simply for demanding freedom.

I hope Baerbock will not take criticism personally. Sometimes criticism is simply an invitation to do better.

באיחור רב - רב מידי - היועצת המשפטית מגיבה לכך. דגש, מגיבה. אחרי דחיות ואחרי פשרות. ואז קופץ הימין הקיצוני ומפלבל עיניו ומתחסד- מה, עכשיו, בעת מלחמה?!
איך ייתכן?
כשבנינו נלחמים בשמי טהרן?!

כן עכשיו, כי אתם הפרתם חוק ובזזתם ואתם מנסים להפוך את העבריינות של בן גביר לחוק מדינה, ואת הגניבה מהקופה הציבורית לסטנדרט, ומסתובבים ודורסים בשמחה ובששון את החוקים שבאמצעותם קמה החברה שבניה יכולים ל��ילחם בטהרן. כזו התחסדות וגלגול עיניים לא נראו מעולם. אנשים שעבורם זו "תקופה של נס", שבשעה נהרגו חיילים בעזה ניצלו את הכא�� ואת שירות המילואים להגשמה צינית של חזונם, מתחת לרדאר, כועסים מאוד מאוד מאוד כי נחשפו.
