Pollard School 2nd graders had the opportunity to interview some community members as part of their social studies unit on Community. It was a great opportunity to strengthen and grow our community connections. Thank you to all of our visitors!
2D & 3D Creations at Pollard School. Under the creative direction of Ms. R, all students created 2-D designs the were then transformed into 3-D Lego builds. The creativity and application with this was amazing!

The Winter Concert for Pollard was amazing! Our musicians and teachers have put in so much work and it was obvious! Great job to all of the Pollard musicians!
In response to reading about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Mrs. Masera's 2nd grade class had some wonderful discussion and writing practice on kindness and service.
Pollard School Adaptive Unified Arts. As part of our Intensive Needs Program, our students participate in Adaptive Unified Arts classes. Along with their regular UA classes, they are able to participate in small group classes focused around their needs and abilities.
Spanish club is just starting at Pollard, for students in 4th and 5th grade who want to explore the language and culture of the Spanish Speaking world. The group meets weekly and is run by Mrs. Currier and Mr. Segnini with the help of Mrs. Finneran.
Check out Pollard School's Kid Librarian program! As the Kid Librarian, students get to pick their favorite books to display and they get to help check out books during their class!
Our 4th and 5th grade musicians performed a demonstration of the musical options that all kids have starting in 3rd and 4th grade. They performed to a very attentive room of students in grades K-2.
Happy Feet Dance Club at Pollard!
Happy Feet is the Pollard School Dance Club. They currently meet every Tuesday from 3:15-4:00 and have almost 40 students on the roster!
