@British_Airways we need our luggage. 5 days we have been in Italy now and you have still not forwarded it to us despite it arriving into Naples on Sunday morning.

@British_Airways You’ve clearly lost lots of people’s bags then I take it given your response that they will be busier than normal. So disappointing. We have been looking forward to this trip for 2 years and to have no luggage for 5 days now when we know it’s been sitting down the road in Naples.

@British_Airways You have left the bags sitting in Naples airport since Sunday morning and we get constant false promises. We don’t have our clothing, toiletries, medication, nothing. I don’t want to spend my holiday shopping and washing the 2 outfits we have had to buy each day.

@British_Airways We were told on Sunday delivery would be Monday. Then Tuesday.still ni sign. Naples lost and found have told us you (BA) collected the bags on Sunday when they arrived on a morning flight from Heathrow.

@Mikey_Lloyd @British_Airways We are exactly the same. Flew to Naples Sat. No luggage. Advised by Airport it arrived to them Sunday. Still no bags on Thursday. Can’t get talking to anyone from BA. Appalling! Hope you get your bags soon.
