this wallet is dated as far back as May 24th 2014... over 12 years ago, but only 2 days before all this started...

this wallet have been dumping more than 77 million XRP overall from all across XRPL, on every projects and every tickers out there.

so, when I found this strange wallet named starting rouge.... i went and used the scanner and ran all the way back. it goes WAY back from 2014 heres what i found... I suspect THIS wallet master wallet:

This is the central hub that funded all 1,142 child wallets (including rogue5, rapido5, rover, etc.).

Its own primary funder is:

which pushed 77M XRP into it... that's the root capital source sitting one level above the master... whom have been dumping on everyone across ALL XRPL.

This is very interesting context. Around May 24, 2014 specifically:

May 22, 2014 (2 days before): Ripple co-founder Jed McCaleb publicly announced he planned to dump his 9 billion XRP stake — causing XRP's price to crash sharply. This was one of the most significant negative events in early XRPL history.

So the master wallet rUBf4Khm7PrjSS5hJ6KUT2xS37HQ3AwyZ1 made its first transaction on May 24, 2014 — right in the middle of the post-McCaleb dump panic. That's a notable signal: whoever set this up was either:

1. Buying into the crash (experienced accumulator taking advantage of the selloff)
2. Already embedded in the ecosystem and continued operating regardless of the drama
3. The timing could be coincidental — simply when they spun up an account

Given the scale of the operation (77M+ XRP in inflows, 1,142+ child wallets), option 1 or 2 seems most likely. This is someone who's been deep in the XRPL ecosystem since the very early days.
