@ArthurBoreman FIFA requires stadiums to hold a minimum of 65,000 fans starting with the round of 32. Mexico has only one stadium that meets these FIFA standards and Canada has zero stadiums. No disrespect or discrimination. Their infrastructure prevents them from hosting.
