As a guy who’s been into conspiracy history for well over 20 years, I can tell you that most rabbit holes are not worth the time. There is an endless stream of content these days that will pull you into the latest factoids about evil doers that will suck you time and soul away. I can tell you that most of them lead nowhere useful.

I’ve said for a long time that most conspiracy theories are true, but all you need to ask yourself is, “what will I do with this information today?”. If it has no direct utility, it’s not worth your time.

Having said all of that, there is utility to some of it. Our society is governed by the issuing of fake money and there is a very tiny group of people who use that to control the masses. When you understand how that game works and how to get around it, then you’re talking.

In our information and attention economy, if the information has no use, it’s not worth your time or attention.
