🚨 BOMBAZO: Destapo un presunto fraude masivo en las denuncias por piratería de @LaLiga con conocimiento de JAVIER TEBAS @Tebasjavier

He tenido acceso a pruebas exclusivas que demuestran que LaLiga habría utilizado presuntamente firmas falsificadas ("corta y pega" sin consentimiento) de sus propios inspectores en más de 2.000 demandas judiciales contra particulares.

Ex-inspectores de la patronal denuncian que los informes que sustentan la carga probatoria en los juzgados no fueron firmados por ellos.

Estaríamos ante un presunto delito de falsedad documental continuada y la aportación de pruebas presuntamente ilícitas en el juzgado, lo que podría invalidar miles de procedimientos judiciales.

Threat actor mor3nako claims to have breached Carrefour PASS Spain. As purported evidence, mor3nako published a sample containing customer records that include DNI, full names, DoB, IBANs, number of children, physical addresses, landline and mobile phone numbers, and email addresses.

The actor claims that the attack was carried out using TerciosRAT, the same malware previously mentioned in connection with claims involving Spain’s National Social Security Institute (INSS) in late July and TuLotero on September 15, 2026 (cyber incident confirmed, threat actor’s claim unverified).

Threat actor mor3nako claims to have breached Spanish lottery platform TuLotero using its TerciosRAT remote-access tool and is now offering the allegedly stolen KYC database for sale. The actor says it contains 37.4 GB of data comprising nearly 240,000 images, including identity documents and verification selfies, and claims to have sought a bounty before deciding to sell it.

The claim follows TuLotero’s disclosure last August of unauthorized access to its identity-verification service. The company said documents and selfies belonging to approximately 2% of users were exposed, without confirming an exact victim count.
