@pricey_zz @SkySportsF1 No, under the FIA’s current guidelines, a 5-second time penalty that a driver is unable to serve in a race (for example due to retirement) is not converted into a grid‐penalty for the next race if it is a single 5-second penalty. This bypasses the Lando bias that is @SkySportsF1
