🚨 WOMAN INFECTED WITH HERPES AFTER AN ARBY’S EMPLOYEE SPIT IN HER FOOD — POLICE HORRIFIED BY THE VIDEO

An Oklahoma woman is suing Arby’s after claiming she contracted oral herpes after eating a sandwich from one of its restaurants.

According to the lawsuit, the woman began developing symptoms and later tested positive for HSV-1.

She says she remembered noticing that a manager at the restaurant appeared to have an active outbreak around the time of her visit.

That's when she wanted to know exactly what happened to her food.

The woman sought surveillance footage, and eventually police became involved.

What investigators allegedly found on camera made the story MUCH worse.

Authorities say surveillance footage appeared to show the manager spitting into the customer's food.

The former manager was subsequently charged with felony poisoning with intent to injure.

The lawsuit also alleges restaurant workers initially tried to conceal what happened and offered the customer free food to resolve the situation.

The woman claims the incident caused her HSV-1 infection and is now suing Arby’s.

People are horrified by what police say the surveillance footage showed.

A police chase on August 19 ended in Blytheville, Arkansas, after an SUV reached about 130 mph.

Newly released video shows and Arkansas Trooper shatter the SUV’s rear window, grab backseat passenger Tedrick Washington by the arm and his dreadlocks, and pull him toward the broken glass.

Henderson said Washington resisted and pulled away, which he took as a move to strike. He punched Washington in the face twice.

Washington was charged with obstruction and resisting arrest.

Driver Adonerus Johnson was charged with felony fleeing, DWI, and reckless driving.
