Many of us saw the gradual steady decline of the National Stadium in Lagos even after it was revamped for the 99 & 2000 Fifa & CAF games. We also saw National Stadium Abuja face similar decline.

This is what happens when we focus on building monuments not the state capacity to maintain them.

Why I know that increasing tuition to 1m per student won’t solve anything is cause when they increased the tuition when I was in Unilag from around 21k to 250k, nothing changed.
