I have applied and paid for my application since March 2026. It did not give me an pption of contact less biometric and had to choose an appointment date but could not nake it to ATLANTA for the appointment. I was told I cannot reschedule unless I start a new application and pay a new fee. This is bad as the previous amount would not be refunded and on top of that I am not able to reschedule . My fee needs to be refunded and there should be a way to reschedule if I can’t make it for my appointment.
