@SinemiaApp@SinemiaSupport Where’s the physical card? Member for couple months now. Forced to use cardless which adds on a fee each time. I shouldn’t have to pay 5.60$ on top of the 20$ a month. I’ve contacted support on website..no response. DM’ed on Twitter...no response..
@SinemiaApp very active on social media but not in support. It’s been 2 weeks and still no cardless activation. Delaying so people will pay the extra 10$? If you want people to make the switch from movies pass you shouldn’t try to pinch extra money from them.
