Honestly if it were me, I probably would trade one for Skubal but then I'd just resign Skubal, but the Mariners aren't going to do that. So i'm being realistic.

The best deal for a Skubal rental is giving up someone like Bryce Miller and some specs, none of the top ones.

@talk_mariners The Mariners rotation is one of the best in the league, during the regular season.

When it comes to playoffs they fall back into the pack. They don't have one SP that can go through the lineup more than 2 times before being pulled, thats a problem.

Skubal fixes that problem.
