@GEICO_Service a couple weeks ago I was hit by a fellow Geico insured. Shortly after the other driver was found at fault, I got a mysterious letter from Geico. It just says as a result of the accident my service radius is being adjusted. Adjusted to what? I had to call.
@GEICO_Service@GEICO And have you done this to other commercial customers and if so are you going to fix it and refund anyone you overcharged without any justification?
@GEICO_Service@GEICO@GEICO_Service any chance you have had time to read my messages? To reiterate - why did Geico take an accident 6.8 miles from our business location and then with no explanation change our service radius to 999 miles? That would have cost us an extra 20% if we didn't notice
After an hour - all of a sudden the third person Im transfered to can just fix it. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, @GEICO_Service@GEICO
Still unanswered: why did Geico jack my rate nearly 20% with a 999 mile service radius change for an accident 6.8 miles from our location?
So I sat on hold last week and am on hold again now. My question is - does underwriting do this often and how many customers have been similarly impacted? Will you conduct a review and refund and correct or will it take a class action?
