This afternoon my @cardiffcouncil OT assistant took me to @BetterSTARHub to go swimming for the first time since I became reliant on a wheelchair.

They have a @Poolpodproducts that lets you get in and out of the pool in a wheelchair, which is amazing & the staff were lovely.
