@ThoughtPunks A few things that I liked when participating in these were: a range of pre-listed games available to play run by GMs with experience doing one-shots, clear schedules and breaks, defined safety tools, a visual component (title screen even), and ways for other to listen/watch games

@GilaRPGs Absolutely. Whenever we get overwhelmed and can’t bring ourselves to work, we start brainstorming a new one-page rpg. Maybe it’s not a great tactic because it brings on more work but it definitely gets us excited again!

@DGivaca I love the idea of octo maps! I remember struggling a lot when playing Forbidden Lands with the idea that we had to go through the hexagons as sometimes it felt like we couldn’t walk straight towards where we wanted to go, just because of the hexagon map
