After a while, I feel like it’s really unhelpful to just narrow down what it means to be a woman to her genitals. Black people more frequently get stopped by police, they get higher sentences for similar crimes, The War on Drugs (with larger sentences given to possession of crack over cocaine, the former most spread among black communities), the list goes on.

I feel like for sexual abuse and you could maybe argue domestic abuse it would track, but other types of support I feel aren’t intrinsically tied to the biological sex as much as the gender side of it.
