[Academic mindset @AcademicMindset]

Focus on your circle of control! Everything within your circle of control deserves your time, energy, and thought. Everything outside of the circle is a waste of your time, energy, and thought.

If you ever feel stressed or overwhelmed, focus only on your circle of control.
