♻️ ₹21.08 lakh generated through scrap disposal
📩 99.90% public grievances disposed

With the 4-stream source segregation framework under the Solid Waste Management Rules 2026, schools are making responsible waste management an everyday practice:

🟢 Green – Wet Waste
🔵 Blue – Dry Waste
🔴 Red – Sanitary Waste
⚫ Black – Special Care Waste

The President of India will confer National Teachers’ Awards 2026 on 48 school teachers, 21 higher education teachers and 13 teachers from MoSDE on Sept 5th.

Over the last 12 years, the share of teachers has increased across all levels of school education.

From 2013–14 to 2025–26, the share of teachers has increased as follows:

• Primary: 64.68% → 91.2%
• Upper Primary: 73.87% → 91.5%
• Secondary: 71.27% → 92.8%
• Higher Secondary: 75.02% → 92.8%

This reflects continued efforts towards strengthening the teaching workforce.
