"To use language to obscure reality to show ‘indifference regarding the truth’— is to lie to the public and cease to treat our fellow citizens ‘as equal[s].’"
-Judge Clarence Thomas
FLASHBACK: Tim Walz promised to return HALF of Minnesota’s budget surplus if voters re-elected him, saying he could do it in a “15-minute” special session.
He promised $1k per person, $2k per family.

REALLY awkward.....
Minnesota's gas tax was 28.5¢/gal in 2024. It's 32.6¢ today more than a 14% increase in two years and it's scheduled to rise AGAIN in 2027. Who created the automatic increases? The DFL-controlled Legislature passed the indexing law in 2023. Tim Walz signed it. You were his Lieutenant Governor.
You cannot make this stuff up🤣
Here's your opportunity, call for suspending Minnesota's gas tax. Nearly 33¢ on every gallon is something Minnesota policymakers can actually address. But that would require confronting your own side and your own administration's policy instead of blaming Trump for everything from Washington to the gas pump.
The Mic is yours Peggy......
