@KatuniaOB It’s still not clear to me what do you mean by broken as you are using very general/vague terms. Rest assured, all I can say is that I don’t focus on short term solutions, the things that make me different is my vision and planning for long term sustainable solutions
@KatuniaOB When I founded the UofA Cancer Society in 2020, COVID had just started to crawl. At that time, I was lucky enough to volunteer with frontline workers facing the virus head on. So, yes I do have experience :)
@KatuniaOB What according to you is broken? If you can specifically tell me how you define broken, I can specifically answer your question.
To me it seems like I have addressed everything that I thought were broken according to you, but it seems like I am missing something
@KatuniaOB We’re working on the staffing, plans are underway. We want to make RSONA sustainable and long lasting, which is why we are a bit slow. We are hoping to get the staffing situation sorted out in the next couple of months.
@KatuniaOB Our focus should be on sustainability that goes on for long term, rather than just focusing on one area and continuously criticizing that. And sustainability takes time and effort, which is why the progress is a little slow
@KatuniaOB I would hesitate to use that word. Gaps/voids, probably is the best term to use. If you want I can give you a detailed explanation as to why we launched RSONA :)
@KatuniaOB When I did shadow him, I found that people of my age cohort (teens and young adults) were going through even worse side effects….while they were feeling good brain chemistry wise, they were feeling pretty bad overall. But, would that be considered “broken”?
