Numerous days w/o service, every month. Right now d/l speed is .6gbs - yes, talking dial-up speeds, but the best we ever get is 5gbps. Barely get 1 bar on cell phone yet you aren't shy about still charging like we actually get good service. & true customer service is nonexistent

@ATTHelp When are you going to care & get reliable service for us? Pay a lot every mo - internet, TV, phone, mobile. CONSISTENT issues, no lasting resolution. If going to treat our area like it doesn't matter, at least have decency to charge 2/3rds less -more in line w svc we get
